Who we are
The Admin and Legal Department obtains compliances for the projects and handles the company’s legal/statutory matters through interaction and communication with various government authorities, autonomous bodies and private/public organizations. In effect, the department becomes the face of the organization, interacting with landowners, clients, employees and other stakeholders. Some of major activities are as follows:
  • Correspondence and dealing with regulators and fulfilling the legal needs.
  • Proceedings on corporate documentation and compliance with code of corporate governance.
  • Approvals from various authorities RAJUK, MOW etc. and NOCs from DOE, DMP, WASA, DESA, FS, DTCB, DCC, TITAS etc.
  • Ensuring application of various corporate rules and maintenance of various statutory books, registers and correspondence.
  • Drafting Legal Documents, such as deed of agreements, lease agreements, service contracts, sale deeds, rental deeds etc.
  • Reviewing other contracts, which include employment contracts, provision of service contacts and business agreements.
  • Requisition of licenses, patents and copyrights and legal documentation.
